1Antistatic ability

2Attenuation characteristics

Generally, LED display screens need to work for a long time, which will lead to a decrease in brightness and inconsistent colors of the display screen, which are all caused by the brightness attenuation of LED devices. The attenuation of LED brightness will cause the brightness of the entire LED display screen to decrease. The inconsistency of red, blue and green LED brightness attenuation will lead to inconsistent colors of the LED display, that is, the phenomenon of display screen blur. 3Brightness

The higher the height of the LED, the greater the capacity of the current, which is good for saving power consumption and maintaining the stability of the LED. The angles of the LEDs are different. If the chip has been fixed, the smaller the angle, the brighter the LED brightness. If the viewing angle of the display screen is small, it is necessary to choose a 100-degree LED to ensure a sufficient viewing angle for the LED display screen. For LED displays with different dot pitches and different viewing distances, it is necessary to consider the brightness, angle and price to find a balance.


4Angle of view

The angle of the ILED lamp bead determines the viewing angle of the LED display. At present, most outdoor LED displays use elliptical SMD LED lamp beads with a horizontal viewing angle of 120 degrees and a vertical viewing angle of 70 degrees, and indoor LED displays use SMD LED lamp beads with a vertical viewing angle of 120 degrees. For example, the LED display on the highway uses a circular LED with a viewing angle of 30 degrees. The high-rise LED display has higher requirements on the vertical viewing angle, and the large viewing angle reduces the brightness. Therefore, the choice of viewing angle depends on the specific use.

7Lifespan

The average lifespan of an LED display is 100,000 hours. As long as the quality of the LED device is good, the working current is appropriate, the heat dissipation design is reasonable, and the production process of the LED display is rigorous, the LED device is one of the most durable devices in the LED display. The price of LED components accounts for 70% of the price of LED displays, so the quality of LED displays can be determined by LED components.


8Size

The size of the LED device is also relevant, and it directly affects the pixel distance of the LED display, that is, the resolution. Generally, 5mm oval lights are used for outdoor displays above p16, and 3mm oval lights are used for p12.5, p12, and p10 outdoor displays. Under the condition that the segment spacing remains unchanged, the size of the LED device increases, which can increase its display area and reduce graininess.
